Candidate should be completely hands-on in Java coding.

Candidate should be completely hands-on in java coding, and should have experience working with spring, struts, hibernate or MVC etc...



Good knowledge of design patterns and experience working with JUnit would be desirable.

Candidate should be willing to work in a flat hierarchy structure as an individual contributor.
