Back end skills:

Strong knowledge of Web Tech. Web Standards, & Protocols languages : Perl/MySQL/ PHP, Unix, XML, REST / SOAP , network programming , languages, Methodologies (OOOD)
Front End Skills:

Good interactive design principles.
