Roles & Responsibilities
• Able to monitor and do regular maintenance of all PCs / Laptops / Servers / Network Equipments in the customers' environment.
• Provide overall system administration and maintenance support for common desktop OS and applications, Windows server 2003, Microsoft Exchange 2003 / 2007, network equipments like switches, routers, firewall, etc.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems with minimum supervision.
• Able to provide Technical support over phone / email / onsite.
• Regular housekeeping of all in house systems and operating procedures.
• Provide daily and weekly report to supervisor / manager.
• Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work processes.
• Updating and organization of files and paperwork.
• Any other task as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager.

Qualifications and Attributes
• Preferably someone with Diploma/Degree in IT or related fields.
• Good knowledge and able to handle desktop, server, and network level problems.
• Good knowledge of MS Active Directory, Exchange systems.
• Good knowledge of network and security equipments.
• Preferably someone with good Administration skills and tidy in their work.
• Able to work overtime.
• Committed and responsible team player.
• Ability to take initiative, have good working attitude and work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under pressure and fast pace IT environment.

REQUIREMENT 2:

Requirement for IT CONSULTANT- MIDDLE EAST

Job Duties
• Identify prospective customers and generate leads, conduct sales calls and track sales activities on accounts or territories, manage and grow existing accounts
• Support Business Manager / Director in soliciting sales through appropriate consultancy
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective customers
• Develop good understanding of the customers' requirements and problems, to organize, consolidate, write, articulate and present proposals in competitive RFP/tenders
• Organize and work with in-house technical teams and external partners during pre-sales process
• Negotiate project contracts and close contracts
• Identify IT partners to provide complementary products/services or as channel partners
• Implement sales plans and achieving targets
• Coordinate business development processes (including business negotiation, if applicable) towards timely implementation of the projects by the relevant parties within the team, company and external parties
• Work closely with other members of the Sales team to ensure success of the business development processes
• Upon the commencement of the projects, monitor, review, take corrective action on its progress in line with the project's objectives

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Computer Science/IT with at least 5 years experience in related industry
• Min 4 years experience in development using ASP, ASP.Net or Java Languages and in full System Development Life Cycle
• Working experience in formulating sound IT solution.
• Familiar in Web-Based related solution such as Workflow system, content management and portal technology, Web Services, security, LDAP, Identity and Access Management, etc.
• An inquisitive mind to explore and make sense of new emerging technologies
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, written and communication skills research

Qualifications
§ At least a Diploma certification in IT;
§ Minimum 1 year experience in IT industry;
§ Good knowledge and able to handle desktop and network level problems;
§ Experience in MS Active Directory systems;
§ Experience in network and security equipments;
§ Experience in VB and C# programming;
§ Good documentation skills;
§ Bilingual in English & Mandarin (liaise with Chinese speaking clients);
§ Ability to work under pressure and fast paced IT environment;
§ Matured, pleasant and reliable;
§ Fast learner and self-motivated;
§ Full time and permanent job; and
§ Salary Range – S$ 1800 – 2500
