JOB DESCRIPTION :
Critical Skills

Solid interviewing and information gathering skills. Must be well organized with superior writing editing research project management communication (both oral and written) problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong attention to detail and strong information gathering skills are required.
Ability to work at all levels of documentation development from initial research with engineers to editing final drafts is also a must.


Experience & Education

At least 1 year in the technical writing field authoring user guides and printed manuals for software products. Previous experience documenting professional software products is highly desired.
Experience writing for a American or Indian audience.
Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
Photo/video/DVD/audio industry related knowledge and experience with consumer market is highly desired.
Degree or equivalent experience in Technical Communication Computer Science English Journalism or equivalent field
