Job Description
Resolving technical issues not identified and documented incidents
Resolving incidents where the documented solution fails
Root Cause Analysis
Escalation to L3 resolver groups and coordination
Operational Release Management
Coordination with the Configuration Management process
Scheduled Maintenance
Strong knowledge on SQL Language skills (stored procedures), C++ (preferred), UNIX (preferred), Red Hat Linux , Windows Server
Experience in handling Workflow Systems
Good business knowledge of Healthcare IT (HIS Implementation Background), Familiarity with the PcW Bill of Materials, PACS Knowledge is a added Advantage.
Resolving not identified and non documented incidents, high level analytical ability.
Ability to handle incident Management and Problem Management.
Should be an active participating team member
Ability to work and understand in a culturally diverse group.
Working in US time.
