Job Description
Train and transfer knowledge to the team
Process Improvement - to improve AHT, Quality and Ease of Operation
Documentaion , creation, maintenance and updation of Process documentation
Ensuring quality of the processors in the team
Migrated a process
Customter Feedback Analysis and process improvement based on the analysis
Processing customer request and querry resolution using the software application over phone
Prepare reports and presentation for monitoring and review
Facilitate in the promotion of a work environment among the staff members which will encourage strong customer service and efficient and timely processing.
Facilitating cross skilling among teams
Participate in Team building exercise, CSR and other extra curricular activities initiated by SIPS
Any other tasks assigned by TL / OM / BUH
