Basic understanding of the Internet, Email and how to use a PC Operating System. Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to analyze and solve technical problemsSupport customers with Broadband connectivity issues. Via the telephone and where possible remote assistanceDiagnose Router / USB Modem Faults and order replacements when applicable.Configure Mail and FTP Clients. Provide basic support for Windows 98SE, ME, 2000 & XP settings which may prevent connectivity to the Internet. Support of Browser settings which may affect the customer’s ability to view Web Pages. Handle complaints and objections affectively without escalation. When required schedule follow up interactions with customer with long term faults to keep the customer informed and ensure resolution
