Qualifications
- Degree/Major: BS Computer Science or equivalent.
- Very strong and solid programming fundamentals and skills

- Excellent debugging skills
- Minimum of 1-2.5 years experience in software development preferably in tooling related areas
- Must be familiar with Eclipse and Java
- Good communication skills a must.
- Good critical thinking skills
- Passion, enthusiasm for technology and solutions

Desired Skills (Nice to Have in Addition to the Required Skill Sets):


- Experience or interest in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET technologies (C#, WinForms)
- Eclipse plug-in development experience is very desirable
- Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: UML, SQL, JUnit, HTML, Ant, AST, Parsing technologies
- Can schedule and prioritize well.
- Progress 4GL Development experience is a plus
