Job Description:

Will be able to manage, planning, requirement analysis and testing of Legacy applications.

Will be able to provide technical guidance to the team

Will be able to take leadership role in development, support and maintenance activities.

Should be able to take additional challenges like Automation and Customer value adds.

Should be able to manage a team.

Meet short-term and long-term goals.

Measure the progress against goals.


Desired Profile

Understand production issues and fixing job failures.

Analysis of defects and defect prevention measures.

Fixing Program/Functional Defects.

Understanding the requirements from the business users.

Preparation of Analysis, design and test plan documents.

Coordinate with business users/OSCO for issue resolution.

Good Coding and testing skills.

Good written and oral communication.

Maintain knowledge repository of all reported issues and their resolution.

Technical documentation of the maintenance and enhancements work.



Experience: 2 to 6 Years of Overall IT experience with minimum of 1 Year experience in HP 3000

Education: Any Degree

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge and experience in HP3000
Operating system: MPE i/X
Language: COBOLII, JCL,
Database: KSAM, Allbase/SQL
Added advantage if experience in
Tools: SUPRTOOL, PVCS, Codewright, TRAX, Meastro, VPlus
