Job Description
Freshers/Fresher with excellent communication skills can "Walk in" for an interview.

Client Servicing – Carry out assignments relating to market research, generating leads & pass on to the BD team under the guidance of a manager.
Generating new clients for staffing business.
Would be part of a BD team and working on multiple Existing accounts
Account Management/ Client Management
Ensure customer/Client satisfaction through continuous interactions and communications with the existing client.
Extracting more business from the existing client.
Client Relationship Management
Managing the accounts for future business and long term prospects.
Major account management / mining and skills in relationship-building/ networking.
Interface with clients and constantly striving to improve customer satisfaction and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Only Female candidates can Walki-in

Minimum 0 to 1 year experience in market research/ Account managment/Recruitment.
Freshers should have excellent communication skill.
Should have convincing power and presentable skills with pleasing personality.
* Knowledge of research methodology, analysis plan and key deliverables.
* Strong verbal & written project communication skills.
* Strong analytical abilities.
* Excellent presentation skills to make reports on power point.
* Interpersonal skills to work as a team player.
* Coordinate with the team members and demonstrate excellent service delivery performance.
* Willing to continuously learn and implement.
