1. B.Tech/B.E/MCA with 1.5 to 3 yrs of working experience on Java/J2EE.
2. Should not have any breaks/gaps in his/her education starting from 10th Standard onwards.
3. Should have an excellent academic record.

Skills:

Essential:

1. 1.5 to 3 years of Java, J2EE experience.
2. Strong in OOPS and core java.
3. Experience in working with Struts and Hibernate.
4. Experience in working with Tomcat / JBoss and eclipse.
5. Experience in working with MySql or Oracle 10g and onwards.
6. Having good hands on experience with creating web based applications.
7. Working knowledge of XML, CSS,JavaScript.
8. Working experience of Internationalization in java (I18N).
9. Experience on working with any reporting tools like Crystal
reports or Jasper reports

Optional:

1. Experience on working with sub-versioning tools and build environment will be an advantage.
2. Knowledge of GWT/EXT will be helpful.
3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
