We @ Timetunnel SAP Practice are looking for few senior SAP-HR professionals with extensive experience in SAP HR and other sub modules to join us ASAP in South Africa.
1. SAP HR Lead (Minimum 3 E2E Implementation Experience)
1) Manage the Blueprint and configuration for SAP (Payroll, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, ESS, MSS) as Module owner.
2) Monitor the configuration , accuracy and compliance to Statutory filings à PF, PT, ESIC,LWF & Statutory Return filing (24Q, 24, Form16)
3) Maintain Configuration for Assignment of Financial structure to Org Units, Relationships between Org Units and Positions, Positions to Positions, Positions to Jobs, Integration of Org Management and Personnel Administration
4) Manages all design aspects of SAP HR module configuration & reporting including translating business requirements into functional designs. This includes configuring business objects, methods, containers, triggering events, strategies for role resolution, HR org structure and info types
5) Responsible for guiding the team for detailed analysis, design, coding & testing of programming/software within the stipulated time frame and to ensure that the software delivered are adhering to the quality preset Standards
6) Give guidance on Intra-department flow, impact and dependencies within SAP and coordinate for issue resolution.
7) Training to Power Users in HR.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Working with comprehensive and structured development methodology and adherence project plan timeline, quality and scope parameters
2) Quality of Training imparted to HR Power Users.
3) Configuration & customization of SAP-HR (Payroll, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration) as Module owner
4) Increase and Optimize usage of currently implemented HR Module
5) Minimum 3 Complete SAP Life Cycle Implementation experience in HR module covering different phases of implementation from business requirement collection, project analysis, process design, blue print, configuration, integration testing, power user training and production support
6) Skilled in design and implementation, supporting ABAP, documentation. This includes knowledge of business objects, methods, containers, triggering events, strategies for role resolution, HR org structure and info types
7) Worked on configuration & customization of HR module (Payroll, organizational Management and Personnel Administration)
Knowledge in HR along with its integration with other SAP modules
9) Statutory Compliance à PF, PT, ESIC,LWF & Statutory Return filing (24Q, 24, Form16) Should have Extensive Implementation experience. Additional experience in Upgrades etc would be preferred.
Should have experience in Banking, Transport or Utility domain.
Minimum 3 end to end Implementation experience is a MUST
Should have excellent communication experience.
