Job Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, evaluation and testing of processes, technologies and tools based on customer requirements.

Assist in the development and implementation of standards and procedures for processes and/or technologies.

Understand and communicate the purpose and benefit of process and/or technologies.

Assist in the implementation and development of methods and metrics for product development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong programming experience in Java, J2EE, Weblogic, Oracle, XML, Java Script.

Experience in JBoss,Tomcat, Struts, JSF, Web services will be an added advantage

Should have excellent oral and written communication
