Experience:

This is an Entry Level Opportunity open to “Any Graduates” who are quick learners and are excited about starting a career in Recruitment. Previous experience in the call centers will be added advantage.
Candidates with proir BPO AND WITH AMERICAN ACCENT experience highly preferred.

Drive to succeed and Strong initiative and ability to think on your feet. Strong English written and verbal communication skills (On a scale of 10 we are looking for individuals with at least a score of 9).

Note: Individuals with low to average written and verbal communication skills need not apply

Responsibilities:
The selected individual would need to work as per “Night Shifts” primarily supporting the US time zones. He/She would be responsible for sourcing candidates, interviewing, performing professional assessments, analyzing client needs and building long-term relationships on a foundation of honesty and integrity.
