• Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries
• Electronically process data and respond to customers queries pertaining to banking transaction from HSBC offices across the globe
Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Good keyboard skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
